It takes mew an hour for this all round trip. The first booking involved [name removed] and a half an hour note taking on lap too, the second was [name removed] and her colleague, all talk apart from one request to lay on the bed and flex a back muscle which put me into spasms, the third involved [name removed] who chatted, then spent five minutes on soft tissue, massage where I don't have an issue, the fourth time, [name removed] same again. Prior to that, I met an alleged back specialist who took notes for an hour based on examinations from years ago. He, then, did a quick skin flick to check for dementia??? I have had a blood test prior to that. Even way back, prior that, I thought my GP had arranged an appointment with a shoulder specialist which is what I went to my GP about. Instead, I saw a physiotherapist, presumably, standing in for him who gave me a steroid injection. Nothing else was suggested, explained or offered. I won't attend the next appointment. Complete waste of time, my GPs time, tax payers money. Plus the NHS have done next to nothing to address what is, actually wrong with me and hardly any physical contact in the areas where my pain is has taken place. I have been attending as charitable assisted exercise gym for the last few months without which I would have been in, still, the constant excruciating pain and lack of shoulder movement which was the reason for my seeking help. Two thousand pounds worth of Myo fascia as a private patient did help three years ago. I am saving up, as a pensioner, to go back given the NHS in my case has proven to be a waste if time.
