I was not kept waiting too long and the process was efficient. The staff were friendly and we were not stressed. it was possible to get a cup of tea.

I was on crutches and needed the minor injuries unit. Although there is a door off the car park, patients are forced to walk four sides of a square to get back where they could have started from. The design seems faulty when walking is a struggle. this was compounded by the fact I had to stand for quite a while in a queue which was barely moving as only one member of staff was at reception, and she was dealing with a phone call. There were others around behind the desk, but none came to help, so I had a long and uncomfortable stand!
