[name removed] was very understanding about me being late and saw me regardless. She showed me how to perform exercises and how to feel for my diastatis. Most of all though she asked me what I wanted to get out of my physiotherapy and as a mother of three I feel listened to and like my lifestyle with a toddler and newborns was considered.

I walked past the parking payment machines. I suspect that was my sleep deprived stàte I did t notice them but i didn’t see them at all!
