As with most nhs appointments the time allocated does not allow full expression of patients queries or time to answer in full. Only one item per visit to be considered and it’s unlikely any additional questions will be considered. This is not to say I was disappointed by my visit or staff I came in contact with. Within the restraints outlined above they were professional and kind.

Suggested improvements
Not sure. As until the system has a change in administration and a new way of seeing health delivery by looking at the best in other countries- nothing.
