Everything about my visit to Minor injuries was excellent. Didn’t mean to click on food button but couldn’t remove as food didn’t apply to visit. Maybe in this survey the option of “not applicable” should be incorporated in option.

Amazing, timely and compassionate care from a team who were clearly going above and beyond during the junior doctors’ dispute, and all delivered with consideration and good humour. Thanks so much to all of you for all you do!
This talentless government is treating the NHS shabbily. Good luck to you all with your pay claims.

We attended A and E after advice on 111. No services available due to BH and so told to go and see out of hours GP there. We apologised lots about how we felt A and E not necessary and just wanted telephone advice. The paeds Dr was fantastic. He was reassuring and gave great info and advice. He didn't make us feel like we were wasting anyone's time. Lovely chap- PAY HIM MORE Rishi Sunak!!!!
If 111 had better trained staff who could have given that advice would have saved us attending in person for someone more on need.

Warwick was great.
111 however was not due to following reasons:
-Many staff obvs have little training
-Was put on 12 hrs call for Dr. Eventually called 48 hrs later and I missed the 3 consecutive calls because I was having a wee! Abrupt VM left basically saying 'three strikes and you're out'. I know this is out sourced to Practice Plus group- they need this feedback.
