Doctor was not as approachable. Did not introduce themselves. However, took my 8 month old child who had a severe high temperature, was seen to straight away by senior nurses, given correct medication and prescribed with medication and has taken it regular and when required.
Was seen quickly, staff polite and tests all done quickly. Clear explanations
Very good doctor and service very good
The doctor I saw was very good and explained it to me
I was dealt with the utmost kindness and professionalism from every person I came into contact with . I haven’t had many dealings with Warwick Hospital in the last few years but all I can say is things have massively improved and the staff are amazing . I used to dread visiting people there as everything was so dirty and poorly maintained, with rude staff - an incredible improvement on all counts .
I've previously had very bad experiences with the staff at A&E, especially triage staff. Unfortunately on this occasion I found the triage staff quite rude but after being transferred to the Ambulatory Care Unit I was treated very well and with respect. I have nothing but positive words to say about the staff on that unit, I felt understood, safe and was examined thoroughly. I've been referred for further scans to try and figure out what's going on and I am grateful that the neurologist has done this.
All staff attending me were so caring. Really great.
Couldn't fault anything. All of the staff work so hard to give the best care possible.
The nurses were lovely and very caring towards my son
I received fast appointment
