i had a blood test on monday the 24th at warwick hospital sarah the nurse that did it was very friendly and put me at ease (i dont like needles) but talking with her i didnt notice that she had done the blood test till she said all done 5 stars to her
Everything was excellent very impressed.The only slight complaint I have is the noise during the night.Constant talking, banging of cupboards, clinking of cups from the staff on the night shift.The staff need to consider the patients trying to sleep and recover but unfortunately it is impossible with this level of noise. Warwick hospital has improved especially the quality of the food.Fantastic well done !
When I arrived, I knew 2 of the members of staff.... everyone was really professional,kind and took great care of me.
Dr Ibrahim took care to explain what he was doing and gave me lots of reassurance.

Most of the staff were very professional, kind, friendly and gave as much as possible detailed information about my condition.
But there are some who don’t listen to patients at all - as I told them few times I fill sick, shaking and frightened to go home in this condition as I live on my own, they insisted I could sit on the chairs in waiting room until I get better to go home. Two-three minutes after I sat on the chair I was full of sickness and the mess was on me, on the chair, on the floor. Someone called a nurse to come and see me and she asked me if I want to be registered as a new patient so they can take me in again- I find this very, very unprofessional.
Next day I got a text message for an appointment in 2 days. When I went to the hospital for this appointment a niece told me that this is a telephone appointment and this information should be on A@E discharge paper, which they did not give me.
For this reasons I am very disappointed from the service and the system they follow.
All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The doctor was warm and friendly and explained everything to me, and answered any questions I asked. I didnt feel rushed at all.
Everything was fine.
