Most of the staff were very professional, kind, friendly and gave as much as possible detailed information about my condition. But there are some who don’t listen to patients at all - as I told them few times I fill sick, shaking and frightened to go home in this condition as I live on my own, they insisted I could sit on the chairs in waiting room until I get better to go home. Two-three minutes after I sat on the chair I was full of sickness and the mess was on me, on the chair, on the floor. Someone called a nurse to come and see me and she asked me if I want to be registered as a new patient so they can take me in again- I find this very, very unprofessional. Next day I got a text message for an appointment in 2 days. When I went to the hospital for this appointment a niece told me that this is a telephone appointment and this information should be on A@E discharge paper, which they did not give me. For this reasons I am very disappointed from the service and the system they follow.

Suggested improvements
Listening to patients and making adequate decisions is the least they can do. I do support them for pay rise but if they don’t do their job properly money will not change the health care system.
