The ambulance staff were excellent as were all that other staff at the hospital.

Thanks to Una, who was manning the minor injuries admission desk and came through to admissions to do a pre-triage check, I was seen and diagnosed within an hour.

The toilet floor had urine on it and was covered with paper towels. There was blood over the toilet seat. However I understand this probably happened between the sanitary checks.
I had very bad headache and two nurses were very loud and laughing which was not distracting. However everyone was amazing, kind and full of compassion- exemplary care.
