The toilet floor had urine on it and was covered with paper towels. There was blood over the toilet seat. However I understand this probably happened between the sanitary checks. I had very bad headache and two nurses were very loud and laughing which was not distracting. However everyone was amazing, kind and full of compassion- exemplary care.

It was very hot and toilet not clean everything else was fine
