I was not waiting long to be seen, nurses were excellent and kept checking on me. Doctor was nice and polite and explained what was going to be done.

I felt that I was treated with the utmost care in all the departments I visited. Information was always available and all the staff I encountered were very pleasant and caring.

I was treated with care & respect. I feel lucky to be in the catchment area for Warwick Hospital as I feel important changes in the triaging of ambulance patients & the minor injuries A & E have made a significant difference.
Suggested improvements
My only criticism is the debris that was on the floor in the waiting area in the treatment waiting part round the back by the cubicles for more seriously I’ll patients. Bits of paper plus little bits of dressings.

Seen within 20 minutes of entering A&E. The triage nurse listened to what I had to say and very quickly gave me the equipment I needed to flush my recent catheter.
All sorted within 25 minutes.
Suggested improvements
When explaining what I needed to chap on the reception desk he 'authoritatively' told me they never handed our syringe/solution to patients with catheters for them to self flush. Clearly wrong, as the triage nurse did exactly that; knowing that if she didn't I would then be an emergency admission at some point
