I was treated with care & respect. I feel lucky to be in the catchment area for Warwick Hospital as I feel important changes in the triaging of ambulance patients & the minor injuries A & E have made a significant difference.

My only criticism is the debris that was on the floor in the waiting area in the treatment waiting part round the back by the cubicles for more seriously I’ll patients. Bits of paper plus little bits of dressings.
