Because I was treated with kindness and compassion
Having spent a total of 3 days on the ward we can safely confirm that every single member of the department from the midwives to the support workers and catering team were phenomenal. They were friendly, caring and compassionate, and whoever was interacting with us made us feel safe, secure and important throughout.
Having had a rollercoaster of a birth, where we saw pretty much all departments within the maternity services, we can safely say that every single person and facility was outstanding. From the midwives, to the support workers and catering staff each one was respectful, kind, caring, knowledgable and friendly. Facilities were all clean and tidy.
I was treated very well by most of the staff on Hatton Ward. I did have some issues with rude agency staff, but the non-agency staff who worked on the ward were superb.
A special shout-out goes to the following staff:
Charity Cismiose
Lorraine Smith
Kerry Lawrence
Stacy Thomson
Siobhan Deer
Eva Lopez
Chiu Tsang
Susan Patterson
Dr Noor Uddin
Roxy Mcvitie
Dr Chris Marguerie
Liz O'Neill
Harjot Kang (Jyoti)
They all treated me especially well, with dignity and respect throughout my time knowing them. I am very grateful for the care they provided me.
The nurses and doctor were very kind and really nice. Made me feel very comfortable at all times.
Sent down after calling 999/111. Anxiety/Panic attack brought on by not being given enough information about a "small" problem with the left hand side of my heart which showed up at a Pre-op ECG and was not explained enough to me at the time.
Everyone treated me very well and explained everything. I felt safe and cared for at all times.
All the staff in the Larkin suite are very kind, professional, caring and reassuring. I was treated very well by Dr Mahr and all the nurses.
Unfortunately the machine to cut the polyp out malfunctioned and I had to return 3 weeks later to repeat/complete the polypectomy. This time it was the same wonderful nurses and Dr Joseph. she was equally as kind and I found the procedure almost pain free.
From the amazing ambulance guys to the staff in casualty u all were amazing and do a fantastic job under harsh times. Thank u
Daniel - the minor injury nurse at Warwick hospital was simply incredible. Caring, articulate and skilfully performed treatment to resolve the issue
I was looked after well. I was provided with a cup of tea and choice of sandwich. A nurse checked my blood pressure and took some blood samples. A little later she took an ECG.
