Efficient service once I got seen

When I came in, it would have been obvious to anyone with any medical experience that I needed an x Ray. Instead I sat for 3.5 hours before seeing a doctor. He sent me to have an x Ray, and I was called, scanned, the picture reviewed and on my way in 15 minutes. Why is there no triage nurse?

Sent to A & E by 111 with chest pains.
All relevant test were done fairly fast.
Thankfully not a heart attack.
It was explained what I was suffering from with strong pain killers.
Very professional.

Longish wait …. Would have been nice to have magazines or soft music in background
But treated well and given advice and how to contact Physiotherapists

Staff were very good with my sons and helped him with his pain as soon as we got to the hospital

I was in great pain and I received pain relief very quickly then antibiotics
111 let me down so I had been in pain since the morning of the day before awaiting there help when I finally gave up and got a lift to A&E by that time I was passing blood and very confused
