Efficient service once I got seen

When I came in, it would have been obvious to anyone with any medical experience that I needed an x Ray. Instead I sat for 3.5 hours before seeing a doctor. He sent me to have an x Ray, and I was called, scanned, the picture reviewed and on my way in 15 minutes. Why is there no triage nurse?
