The nurses are extremely good, but are clearly over-worked - Which can lead to minor errors. Such as being being marked down as having paracetamol and not receiving it. On the whole, my care has been very good and I would recommend it.

Review of Swan Ward Post Natal

Tracy Boyle and Lisa Fox were exceptional midwives for our delivery! However - staff in the Swan Ward ignored a crying baby/struggling Mum all night - meaning baby, mum and the rest of the ward suffered. Most important: risk of infection/virus transmission on Swan Ward appalling! Blood all over bathroom floors, dirty floors.
