Tracy Boyle and Lisa Fox were exceptional midwives for our delivery! However - staff in the Swan Ward ignored a crying baby/struggling Mum all night - meaning baby, mum and the rest of the ward suffered. Most important: risk of infection/virus transmission on Swan Ward appalling! Blood all over bathroom floors, dirty floors.
