Overall staff are veyr good, caring and helpful. I do feel I could have been moved to Labour ward quicker however, I stayed on induction wasrd until 9cm and was less than 5 mins before needeing to push.

Very friendly staff, reassuring and caring. Informed throughout. Helpful, knowledgeble. Felt at ease / safe. Special mention to labour midwives Natalie and Rebecca. The Anaesthetists and Theatre team too :).

Staff are great, however there wasnt enough staff members, they should be paid more. Aftercare (12 hours) was non-existant after birth due to paitent numbers. Please hire more staff. Induction didn't go to plan. Staff were great informing us and doing what was best. Aftercare 12-24 hours great.

Hire more, pay better. Water fountain dibbled out! Water tap was rubbish! maybe more water service / t4rolley servicce. Bit of an inconvenience to get to visitor toilet, hated having to ask and distract importent people to let us in and out.

Quick appointment provided, comprehensive information sent in post ahead of appointment. Friednly staff, treated with dignity and care. Overall a very well organised department and a very positive patient experience.

The midwife and trainee were amazing, very caring. Explaining or asking me if I was ok with anything I needed. Also making sure baby and me were ok afterwards before just moving me back to Swan Ward.

All staff have been very kind, caring. They cannot help when busy and did there very bese which is all you can ask for. The midwifes were amazing just making sure both me and baby were ok. Always explaining what they were doing.

The only time I felt was trying to get painkillers it seemed to ba a while to get and it got quite painful wish had sooner, but again midwifes were busy.

As it was during the doctors strikes, the staff were overworked and understaffed for threatre. Led to some poor communication on the lead up which was frustrating, although understandable. All staff worked through their breaks which was appreciated to squeeze us in, in enough time. The whole team were very presonable and fiendly and put my anxieties at ease.

During Surgery I had some bleeding and uterous wasnt contracting. Would have been nice to be told what was going on, rather than having to ask for the detailed explanation.
