Although only a minor problem at no time was I treated other than a patient in need.
The doctor was very furry with all my injuries and receptionist was very kind and polite.
Evie, Hannah and Mel were absolutely fantastic. Made you feel really at ease and always had a smile on their faces. Chris the porter also a lovely blonde even if he does support Wolves. There was nothing too much for them. The hot cross bun was yummy thank you Evie.
The NHS and us are very lucky to have them. Please give them all a pay rise.
Thanks James P
Received phone call three days later to say X-rays has been reviews and I did have a fracture and not to put weight on foot so worried that advice I was given at A&E was incorrect - walk after first few days.
Really struggled getting from X-ray dept back to waiting area
The music is awful - not quite loud enough to be heard properly - but loud enough to be irritating
Great care from great people.
Please see below
Because I came in voluntarily because of breathing difficulties - expecting to wait awhile.
However, I was called through quite soon and examined immediately
Thankyou.
I rang 111 9pm night for advice as was in process of recording BP readings for my GP that week and readings were extremely high. Told a Clinician would call me. She rang at 4am next morning. She advised I go to A&E now. After being seen by Triage I waited 6 hours and was sent to Minor Injuries and was told 111 should have sent me to my GP. Blood pressure was 182/ 89. I was given a prescription. While I appreciate the situation with NHS at the moment..I felt I could have been given prescription 6 hours previous ? Sorry but that's how it was.
I was treated very quickly and very good staff treated with the upmost respect
telling you honestly how I felt I was treated.
