I was talked over. I had valid reasons for not agreeing to some of the options presented and, despite noting that I have good insight into my needs, these options still appeared in the outcome letter to my GP. There is no recourse for support for people who are in desperate need. I was referred because I am high risk for self harm and suicidal ideation and have been told to take up exercise and pay for private therapy.

Suggested improvements
Listen to people. I have been patronised, talked over, and told I need to manage on my own. I no longer call the night team because they only want to discuss meditation and ask why I don't have a care coordinator. I don't know why I don't have a care coordinator.
