Staff are generally agency and this makes things really hard, having people I don’t even know on the ward highly involved in my treatment is extremely difficult. Staff also seem to be very short tempered with me while I’m struggling

Staff could have more patients with patients and treat them better with respect when dealing with a struggling patient.

I wasn’t told many things about admission or what I needed before I came in, also often the staff members seem completely uninterested in talking to us or interacting with us and offer no support (in this case it is the agency staff, not permanent). Mostly the permanent staff are kind and understanding and do their best.
Suggested improvements
Agency staff need clearer guidelines about how to behave. There could have been more communication about things before they happen instead of springing changes on us last minute

Because the permanent staff were widely respectful with the odd occasion when I wasn’t informed that there was a change but that wasn’t recurring. I feel I can ask for support if I need it
