I wasn’t told many things about admission or what I needed before I came in, also often the staff members seem completely uninterested in talking to us or interacting with us and offer no support (in this case it is the agency staff, not permanent). Mostly the permanent staff are kind and understanding and do their best.

Suggested improvements
Agency staff need clearer guidelines about how to behave. There could have been more communication about things before they happen instead of springing changes on us last minute
