Staff are extremely patient and considerate with all patients. They allowed me to settle into the ward at my own pace knowing it was extremely difficult for me and that the activity would be a problem for me.

Not a thing, they work bloody hard.

Because I do not feel safe on the ward. The environment is anything but therapeutic and I do not feel as though I am listened to.

(2453) Our family has nothing but praise for the service we received. The phone was answered promptly at initial enquiry. We were able to make a self-referral with minimum fuss. Within a day we were assessed online, medication was prescribed, and a face-to-face appointment followed the day after initial assessment. The team contacted us daily by phone to check progress in the first week of treatment, providing practical support at a difficult time for us. We were immediately assigned a consultant to set a care programme. Thank you.

I can't think of anything...except perhaps if you had your own dispensary for medication too.
