(2453) Our family has nothing but praise for the service we received. The phone was answered promptly at initial enquiry. We were able to make a self-referral with minimum fuss. Within a day we were assessed online, medication was prescribed, and a face-to-face appointment followed the day after initial assessment. The team contacted us daily by phone to check progress in the first week of treatment, providing practical support at a difficult time for us. We were immediately assigned a consultant to set a care programme. Thank you.

I can't think of anything...except perhaps if you had your own dispensary for medication too.
