I think it was helpful. Some people weren’t completely understanding or kind but a lot of them were. They knew what they were doing and you can see that some people are genuinely trying to help. It felt very safe, however on some occasions I felt like my privacy was invaded.

Overall the service has been good. Staff were respectful, professional and kind.
Suggested improvements
Communication with Parents could be improved. Overall we are happy with the frequency of the communications with my child's consultant. However, we have had little engagement with their dedicated family liaison team member.

Not treated like a person, many staff don’t listen to reasoning. Not being helped to progress

I have been treated with respect, however sometimes I do feel like a patient and not a person and am looked down upon.
