Pressured into medication that damages my physical and emotional health despite making it clear I hate it. Services intend to discharge me without offering psychotherapy, or helping me to actually learn to manage my mental health.
Suggested improvements
Respect patient's wishes a little more when offering medications. Offer some level of support other than medication.

Exceptional staff who I have known for 6 years have kept me safe and successfully reinterpreted back into the community. I trust everyone of them and I am so very greatful for their efforts to keep us safe and help us to return to health. I mean this in the nicest way I hope I do not return however I will miss everyone of them from the cleaning staff, nurses, doctors and even the estates personnel. This is the best ward I have been on and will always be. Ty, from BTB.

Nothing. Only thing I can say is have emergency section 17 leave for all patients however you need to have doctors permission and Prn painkillers at all times on the drug chart when patients arrive.

Not entirely sure all symptoms are taken seriously, there's a lack of perception about the lived experience I think, about the intensity of symptoms. Too much dismissiveness into personality disorder diagnosis without recognition of lived experience.
