Often my options are disregarded and I feel often like I have no autonomy over my body. The vast majority of the staff try their best, especially permenant staff.
Suggested improvements
Listen to patients and be proactive rather than responding with words.

From the outset of my arrival here, my optimism rose due to the exceedingly welcoming gestures extended to me from all the ,embers of the team

All members of the group would have benefited greatly had the opportunity to go out more frequently were available. Personally my freedom was only made available to me about 2 &half weeks ago

Having direct contact with my key worker Tori Purchase via the PR app. Being able to message and have a very quick reply and support. Help with meal planning and joint snacks
Having Juliet prentice chase my doctors for blood results and appointments and medication for me. They listen so much to how I wanted to lead my recovery and Tori has endlessly listened to me go on about all my life problems that weren’t anything to do with my eating disorder. The team are amazing
