Two members of staff are bullies, everyone else are most excellent. Specially the housekeepers, HCAs and nurses. But I strongly feel that those with the most power show the least compassion and dignity and it is as if I am a ghost and I am not there. They do not see me as a person they see me as a person they me as an illness and that does not demonstrate person centred care. I have been a Carer and I'm understand that it means to be a Carer

Staff attentive and caring. Helpful at setting boundaries. Always avilable for a chat. My stay would have been better if the budget for patient activities were greater. Maybe patient transport once a week to take patients to the supermarket. (With leave)

It could be improved that there was prompter leave to home to collect essential items for stay e.g post and water plants, check home

Good but wasn't involved in my discharge plan. It was discussed with my parents and not me which is unacceptable. The consultant rang my mum to discuss it all when she should have come directly to me.
