Two members of staff are bullies, everyone else are most excellent. Specially the housekeepers, HCAs and nurses. But I strongly feel that those with the most power show the least compassion and dignity and it is as if I am a ghost and I am not there. They do not see me as a person they see me as a person they me as an illness and that does not demonstrate person centred care. I have been a Carer and I'm understand that it means to be a Carer
