The doctors, healthcare assistants and nurses are good, well trained and helpful. However, often it seems they act under a 'power' dynamic when 'disciplining' as opposed to simple rational. This is in particular 'panl' the department manager, who was acted irrationally twice. He has been reported before for inappropriate behavior.

Making new friends, a few at a time. I found most not all of the staff disorganized or incapable of doing their jobs and any speed the slower workers are given the job of checking people in or out which is more than frustrating.
