The doctors, healthcare assistants and nurses are good, well trained and helpful. However, often it seems they act under a 'power' dynamic when 'disciplining' as opposed to simple rational. This is in particular 'panl' the department manager, who was acted irrationally twice. He has been reported before for inappropriate behavior.
