I was diagnosed with Epilepsy in April last year and my care was transfered to this "hospital", in over 12 months I think I've been to the actual hospital itself maybe 2-3 times at the most. My Dr is practically useless and has no involvment or interest in me whatsoever, every time I attempt to ring up to speak to someone I get passed from one department to another, all of them saying that "it's not something we do, but try this department instead". The last time I called I was on the phone for over half an hour without actually speaking to the person I needed to talk to, I gave up in the end. Having a telephone appointment once every blue moon is no good at all if they still haven't managed to get my medication right, utterly disgusted.
