Very professional clinic with lovely staff , felt the environment was safe clean and privacy was respected , from the receptionist to the nurse and consultant all were friendly and knowledgeable, too early to tell if my treatment has worked and I also have a further appointment so will reserve judgement on the outcome for now .

From the start to the end of treatment Mark and Hazel [the nurse] have been fantastic. Very professional but with loads of kindness, reassurance and humour. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this wonderful treatment that targets exactly the problem area and sorts it effectively. Mark was very interesting to chat with and discuss the medical procedures. I felt that I could totally trust him with my care and I am delighted with the results. This sort of care should be available on the NHS!!! Thank you too to the kind receptionist.

The receptionist, nurse and Dr were extremely competent, caring and professional. Dr Regi & Hazel put me at ease throughout my procedure and Dr Regi told me exactly what to expect.

I was very pleased with the way Dr Shaw carried out my treatment. He discussed it in great detail with me putting me totally at ease. He and the nurse were also very friendly.

Great service, no hard sell at consultation- lots of information given and a booklet so I could go away and make a decision. On the day, treatment was quick and relatively painless(little pin pricks and a bit itchy after). Already could see veins disappearing as they were injected. Made to feel at ease, friendly team and clinic clean and well organised.

I was treated by Dr Regi for some unsightly Varicose veins I had which appeared after pregnancy.
My treatment was well explained and I felt completely at ease that he was an expert in his field and likely to get the best results.
Indeed this was the case after having treatment approximately 6 weeks ago I have all but said goodbye to the veins. The treatment was quick and relatively painless and was always reassured by Dr Regi and Nurse Hazel throughout. I'm very excited to be at ease at wearing shorts/dresses on my Holiday next week.
Thanks so much to both and would thoroughly recommend researching and choosing an expert like Dr Regi.
