I think the scoring for who needs urgent attention needs a re-think.
Priority needs to be given for those who have come by ambulance.
Anyone showing signs of drugs, drunkenness and regular visitors need to go to the back of the queue, allowing decent people the chance to be seen/.

All staff were really good in particular Andrea Gilchast as she continuously checked on me throughout the night and showed me how to bath my son. Very supportive.
