Good, friendly staff, clean environment, rapid investigations. Good Banter.
Improvement, so much noise-Doors slamming, carts crush and handovers can be heard from anywhere in the bay.

Quick diagnosis.
Lights on a night time should be turned off. Some staff talk at the top of their voice at 3-4 am in the morning. Plus singing. I understand the struggles the NHS are under and do a fantastic job however this ward is extremely understaffed and is not fair on the most vulnerable patients.
