Quick diagnosis.
Lights on a night time should be turned off. Some staff talk at the top of their voice at 3-4 am in the morning. Plus singing. I understand the struggles the NHS are under and do a fantastic job however this ward is extremely understaffed and is not fair on the most vulnerable patients.
