I and members of my family have always experienced first class care at the Warwickshire Nuffield hospital, which we have been using for the past fifteen years as the need arose. I have never had anything but highly professional attention and support from the entire medical and administrative team, and they are all very patient-focused. Importantly from my point of view, the atmosphere at the hospital is very positive as well - these are people who give the impression that they enjoy working together and enjoy their jobs. The hospital is very clean, antiseptic gel is abundant and used all the time by staff, patients and visitors. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable and the food is of very high quality. To be absolutely frank, I look forward to my visits there - it's a great treat to be the centre of attention for once!

I have visited the Nuffield on several occasions (knee surgery, back injury, heart sound problem and liver issue). I am somewhat accident prone / active and have picked up a few injuries along the way. Visiting the Nuffield is always a positive experience. The 4 members of your team that I have dealt with have always been professional, friendly and taken their time to listen, explain and treat me. These are important factors to me.

From arriving at 07.30 to leaving at 1800 hrs, very professional, competent treatment. Friendly, responsive staff that advised of procedures, timings and helped with queries. 1st class. My only gripe- poor wireless for connection to internet when eventually able to do some work.

We were all treated with great care and respsect which very much put us at ease. Hilary our nurse gave us expectionally brilliant care and made a stressful day for us all as easy as it could be. We would like to pass on our thanks. All staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to please us.
