Friendly & caring service.
Maybe more privacy when patient is asked personal questions relating to any concerns they may encounter.

In general the service/treatment has een excellent with the staff being tolerant and understanding.
Perhaps, if I did have any criticism, it woudl be that on "really busy" times (Mon morning) a few extra waiting area chairs could be placed on the "Kingston William Rouse Marsden Unit" upper landing.
This is a minor comment I realise, the turn round time is fairly quick but there are a number of nervous, stressed, patients and carers milling about looking for space to be together.

I have had fantastic service. I rang the registrar with concerns of {} temp, rash and was taken to the day ward within 10 mins. All tests were completed within 30 mins and hooked up to IV ABT. I could not fault anything.
