I had a very good experience at the hospital. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining what needed to be done in terms of filling out paper work and also tell me exactly what was going on in regards to my ultrasound scan. The department was exceedingly easy to fine which took a lot of stress out of the day.

The staff in MDU are superb. For all of the staff it is more than just a job. They support each patient and their families. It is often highly emotional for the individuals and families that they are caring for and they have the balance where it needs to.
It would be helpful however if the TV's were on and with sound. For my mum she is there for between 10 and 12 hours for each session and this would assist her greatly, as it is such a long time.
