The staff in MDU are superb. For all of the staff it is more than just a job. They support each patient and their families. It is often highly emotional for the individuals and families that they are caring for and they have the balance where it needs to. It would be helpful however if the TV's were on and with sound. For my mum she is there for between 10 and 12 hours for each session and this would assist her greatly, as it is such a long time.
