- Since our last stay the nurses have been much better at helping us deal with pain (quicker response).
- Procedures have been much better - in that we haven't been left too very nil by month and better communication.
- Please check before entering cubicle (in case using commode!).
Treatment fine.
A bit inflexible in schedule slots. I needed this to be made earlier (for a revision).
But it could not be done.
Lovely nurses!
Very well organised. Professional and courteous.
Sophie's care was absolutely fantastic, as was the understanding and care for us, considering our pregnancy.
The only area we feel could be improved would be the ward rules at bedtime.
Sophie, being 2.5 yrs old was very tired and ready to go to sleep by 7:30 pm most nights but unfortunately was unable to due to loud televisions, music and lights. We often found these didn't turn off until nearer 10 or 11 pm which resulted in an extremely tired 2 year old (and us). We also found because the lights were still on some nurses didn't whisper which also stopped Sophie from sleeping. We recognise medications do impact sleep however, some parents may like to try and keep a bedtime routine and this should be encouraged.
They have kept us very much in the loop with my meces care and mostly explained things very well.
They have been very thorough with any worries she's had.
All staff v caring. Everything worked!
Everybody was so kind and understanding.
Painless treatment, nice staff, short waiting time.
Waiting and delays are understandable but obviously great if reduced esp at boots/pharmacy.
General care in clinic is outstanding and probably unfair to single people out because they are all great. Particular praise to Vanessa on reception, nurses, Alex, Caroline, Tony and Molly.
