Staff throughout the daycare and Mc Elwan ward are kind and friendly.
The food is very good and kitchen staff are lovely.
There was confusion over Ena starting chemo on the day first agreed as her scan had to be reviewed and this actually didn't than happen until late the following day. Also discharge has been extremely long and has taken all day - could have been managed a lot quicker.

Dr Lukase Klobukowski was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He pinpointed an area that has never been discussed or noticed before in the 19 years of my treatment. He was also helpful in spending time going through my scans, which nobody has ever done before (apart from sir Henry Marsh!)
All staff at Royal Marsden are very friendly and helpful.

Good.
- Kind and helpful staff.
- Well equipped rooms (Kennaway ward).
Improve.
- Irrelevant appointments booked - confusion.
- Wait time and comfort on outpatient chemo days.
- Urine bottles and samples left for over 24 h at ward room bathrooms (many times).
