HAVING BEEN TREATED BY VICTORIA HOSPITAL OUT OF HOURS AND MY OWN GP FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS I WAS EVENTUALLY SENT TO THE I A U UNIT AT THE QEUH. THE NURSING STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I THEN MET PROFESSOR DAVID MARSHALL FROM THE RHEUMATOLOGY DEPT,WHO KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY KNEE AND SORTED IT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.I HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO WALK OR BEND MY KNEE BECAUSE OF THE PAIN FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS.SO I WOULD LIKE TO THANK HIM AND THE REST OF THE TEAM FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE.
