My mother was assaulted 3 times in 2 months. Twice by the same patient and one by 2 male witnesses and reported by a staff member. Senior staff members have covered it up. The staff constantly mislead family and do not keep them informed. No treatment plan or diagnosis is made they just let the patient walk around the garden. Patient was released home with no care plan in place and no support when the patient went into crisis at home.
