After decades of various treatments at the Alex, my family and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

I was very impressed with the care provided before, during and after surgery. A great team effort!!
I have had two knee replacements now at the BMI Alexandra Hospital and on both occasions the experience has been better than I had expected.
All the staff from reception, to porters, to nurses and healthcare assistants were friendly, extremely professional, very caring and helpful. They listened, responded very quickly and were always on hand to help when help was needed.
The catering staff were also wonderful.
All in all the experience was fantastic and now I have two new knees.
The day of surgery anaesthetist and surgeon and theatre staff were all great.
It would be impossible to single out any particular member of staff as they were all extremely helpful, friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Amazing friendly culture from the moment you enter the hospital grounds. The care is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone.
For me, any surgical procedure has an element of apprehension and a fear of the unknown. My experience of the Spire Regency hospital was a positive one. The nursing staff were professional, well informed and caring. It was good to be nursed in clean and pleasant surroundings by staff who knew what they were doing. This I am sure, went a long way to aid a swift recovery from a Total Knee replacement. The follow up rehabilitation care was excellent. I saw the same physiotherapist at each session and his expertise got me mobilising correctly in no time.
The staff at the Alexandra were excellent. They were very helpful, understanding and did an excellent job. The care and after care was first class.

I loved having my own room I’m sick phobic so being away from other patients really helped keep me calm and also ment that I could take my 4 month old baby with me so as soon as I was awake from general anaesthetic enough to be back in my own room I could carry on breast feeding they were very understanding of this and looked after me Very well
