The hospital and staff are outstanding in every respect. The care is exemplary and attention to detail second to none. I cannot praise the Alexandra enough and would like to thank them for the care myself and my daughter have received.

Outstanding care, before during and after my operation. I was very nervous and anxious before going to theatre and the anaesthetist showed patience, understanding and care.
My consultant Mr Gnanalingham was outstanding, even coming in to check up on me at 8pm on a Friday night.
The nursing staff were very caring and i was throughly looked after.
Cant thank you all enough.

I cannot praise the staff enough for their care. Everyone was so friendly and efficient.
My only complaint is that the food was very poor.

Recently had surgery under Mr Gnanalingham . From beginning to end my care has been excellent. Always made to feel at ease and always being updated about what Is happening. Couldn’t do enough to makesure my well-being was good. Fantastic care throughout

My time at the BMI Alexandra and with Mr Gnanalingham was superb. His care and attention from himself and his staff could not have been better. Indeed, his desire to have his chosen team around him for the op was also something I found comforting. Surgery is daunting but I truly felt I couldn't have been in safer hands - from the porters to the surgeon, all were phenomenal.

All I can say is I have no complaints , was treated well and fed well. When I rang my bell for help it was readily given and all the staff were pleasant and efficient. My room was comfortable and I could control the heating to my individual needs.
