My time at the BMI Alexandra and with Mr Gnanalingham was superb. His care and attention from himself and his staff could not have been better. Indeed, his desire to have his chosen team around him for the op was also something I found comforting. Surgery is daunting but I truly felt I couldn't have been in safer hands - from the porters to the surgeon, all were phenomenal.
