Prior to my attendance at the hospital I received very comprehensive information and during my hospital stay the staff who cared for me were really excellent.

First attended the hospital following referal by my GP for hip surgery. Over the past 18 months every visit both before during and post surgery has been professional and courteous. Staff at all levels could not have been more thorough and friendly.
The short inpatient stay for surgery could not have been better. I would have total confidence to choose this hospital again should I need treatment.

My treatment was exemplary, arrangements went to plan. Particularly in this COVID-19 epidemic, handling of patients was well organised. Plenty of notices and hand sanitiser to minimise risks.

I cannot fault this hospital, it was clean and the team were all very respectful, friendly and caring.
All of my questions were answered and made me feel at ease. If I needed the nurses they came instantly to my care.
It is nice to come to a hospital where you are made to feel at home.

Was NHS Patient- first time in private hospital- certainly you notice the difference in standards as an out patient. Once admitted staff and care was excellent- staff in particular across all services were uniformly professional courteous and helpful.
