I can not suggest anything (other than the parking problem and the inconvenience of the current rebuilding programme!) that this hospital could do to improve.
I presented myself initially at 6.00am as a patient with what appeared to me to be a serious eye problem.
I was treated immediately and the nursing staff were exceptionally caring during the following few hours whilst my eye condition subsided.
Follow up visits and the two eye operations I have had since have been carried out with absolute professionalism.
