People are caring, helpful and very pleasant, very been to be of service.
He was very understanding about the situation and gave my Wife and myself really good information about the whole way things work couldn't ask for a better service
No words can express our gratitude to the St Wilfrids team. We have total confidence with the hospice and nothing ever is a problem to them. Each phone call I have made has been dealt with with such efficiency. Our assigned contact, Andy is amazing and he always responds when needed. He keeps us totally informed f why decisions are being made and ready to re assess as things progress. Thank you to everyone at St Wilfrids for making our journey more tolerable and for being there when we need you.
Cathy has been looking after me for a while now and every visit with her is an absolute joy. She is so kind, it is not just about reflexology but I feel completely calm and relaxed in her company.
Initially I was sceptical about how the treatment could help me, however after the first session the benefit was apparent. The feeling of calm stays with me all day, it's so wonderful and I am so very grateful to Cathy and the whole hospice for providing this service.
There is no answer to the grief one feels on the death of a much loved life partner, but knowing such a caring environment and loving people are there for us is such a comfort.
Thank you, I have felt totally supported by Cathy and every department.

Always a smile and a welcome by name mine. light airey beachy colours a calming relaxrd place, somebody that listens to my troubled mind, and I leave feeling I am not alone in what is a difficult time.
It’s simple, the level of care and support from everybody we having dealings with in the Hospice is second to none.
Mel always acts in a professional manner and I always know that she will give me true and accurate information. I feel that I am being treated with care and respect and being kept informed about any input from other organisations.
Mel Howard -Wall was outstanding, sympathetic ,empathetic, knowledgeable, patient,
encouraging and able to assess the problems and offer solutions, with minimum of fuss.
Akosua Fraikue (nursing student) was also very attentive and empathetic.
After they left Jenny (MS patient) said " what lovely girls they were".
we were struggling with rights and help and the hospital consultants were no help at all, but when Mel from St Wilfred's came to us everything changed. she is caring and very knowledgeable and above all Honest which is all we asked for.
we are still on this journey now with Mell and St Wilfred's by our sides we feel a lot more comforted.
